Goal.com have “reported” (and I use this term VERY loosely) that Bayern want to buy Benni after Euro 2012 in the summer.

It’s nothing and means nothing. There are transfer rumours surrounding Benni all the time. Last week he was off to Liverpool FC! And now it looks like it’s Bayerns turn!
Benni has said he is happy at Schalke and will fullfil his contract until 2014.
There is no reason for him to leave. He’s the youngest captain in the BuLi, he is playing for the NT and he is a highly regarded defender. Why would he move?
I’m not going to comment on this any further….lets not feed the trolls :P
